Coverage Details
Artificial Turf Workmanship Warranty (5 Years)
- Precision installation including all seams, edging, and sub-base stability.
- Prevention of surface wrinkles.
- Structural integrity of the base.
Stone, Rock & Paver Installation (2 Years)
- Stability of pavers related to our professional base preparation.
- Prevention of loose or sinking stones due to installation errors.
- Integrity of joint sand during the initial season following project completion.
If you have concerns about the quality of our work, please reach out. We will perform a site inspection and, if the issue is related to our materials or craftsmanship, we will correct it promptly.
Exclusions to Coverage
To maintain transparent and fair standards, this warranty does not include:
- Natural wear and tear resulting from standard usage.
- Damage caused by animals, vehicles, heavy machinery, or improper use.
- Effects of extreme Texas weather, flooding, storms, or natural disasters.
- Shifts caused by natural ground movement or pre-existing drainage/irrigation issues.
- Surface stains, thermal damage, or punctures from chemicals or sharp tools.
- Turf melting from concentrated sunlight reflection (windows, vinyl fencing, etc.).
- Damage to unmarked underground utilities such as gas, fiber optic, or irrigation.

Warranty Duration
- Artificial Turf Workmanship: Covered for 5 years from the date of completion.
- Hardscape & Paver Workmanship: Covered for 2 years from the date of completion.
This warranty is valid for the original client at the service address and may be transferable under specific conditions. Please contact us if you are selling your property so we can discuss continued support for the new owner.
