What’s Covered

Artificial Turf Installations Workmanship Warranty 5 - years
- Proper installation of turf, including seams, edging and base.
- Wrinkles
- Base sinkage

Rock, Stone & Pavers 2 - years
- Settling or shifting of pavers due to our base prep
- Loose or sinking stones caused by installation
- Joint sand wash‑out within the first season after install

If something doesn’t look or feel right just give us a shout. We’ll come out and take a look and if it's due to our products or workmanship then we'll make it right.

What’s Not Covered

To keep things honest and simple, this warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from pets, vehicles, heavy equipment, or misuse
- Damage from storms, flooding, extreme weather, or other acts of God.
- Changes caused by ground movement or issues with existing drainage/irrigation
- Stains, burns, or damage from chemicals or sharp objects
- Turf burn from sunlight reflection from windows, metal, vinyl etc.
- Underground utilities not marked. (irrigation lines, fiber optic, gas, etc.)

If you’re ever unsure whether something is covered, just ask—we’ll take a look and give you a straight answer.

How Long Our Warranty Lasts

- Artificial Turf installation workmanship: covered for 5 years from the completion date.
- Rock, stone & paver installation workmanship: covered for 2 years from the completion date.

This warranty is for the original customer and property where we did the work and can possibly be transferred to a new owner. Just give us a call and let us know where you're moving too so we can work with you again!

How to Request Service

If you think you have a warranty issue, reach out and we’ll walk you through it:

1. Contact us at info@turtlelandscapeco.com with your name, address, and when we did the work. If you'd rather call, then go right on ahead and give us a shout at 512-644-2786 during business hours.
2. Send a few photos of the area you’re concerned about, if you can.
3. We’ll schedule a time to come by, inspect the issue, and let you know the plan.
